The delivery is normally supplied in the Netherlands in the specified number of days. Delivery times may vary due to the chosen method of payment, delivery or holidays.

Shipping costs and delivery times overview:


  • Netherlands: Under 50 Euro order 6,95 EUR postage and above 50 euros order free shipping. Ordered before 16.00 hours is normally the next day at home.


  • Belgium: Under 75 Euro order 8,95 EUR postage and above 75 euros order free shipping. Ordered before 16.00 hours is normally the next day at home.


  • Germany: Under 75 Euro order 8,95 EUR postage and above 75 euros order free shipping. Ordered before 16.00 hours is normally the next day at home.


When you return the entire order, you also receive any paid postage and fees. The cost of the return shipment are borne by the customer.


Track and trace:

After you have placed an order, you can track your order. When you register your account you will see there status.
If an order does not fit through the letterbox of its size or represent a high value, it is sent as parcel post. In this case you get when your order is sent an email with your tracking (Track & Trace) to your specified email address. This find in the evening.

Pick up at a DHL service point?

If you are not at home during the day, you can also pick up your order at a DHL service point. When you place an order please indicate this 'comment'. Note: In Belgium you can not choose a service point. Should the first delivery nobody is present, the package will be automatically delivered to a DHL Parchelshop or Kariboo. Here you will always notice.


You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without reason commencing on the date of receipt of the product. The product can only be unused and, if possible, be returned in original packaging.
For returning the order the return costs at your expense.

The trader shall reimburse all payments the consumer, including any delivery costs incurred by the operator will be charged for returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal.
